Our Rolex watches must pass stringent tests to meet over 50 quality specifications, including band tightness, case luster, crystal gloss and diamond color/clarity.

Melrose Jewelers guarantees that every Rolex watch we sell is to be free of any manufacturing or assembly defects for the warranty period of 1 year unless otherwise noted. At an additional cost, extended warranties are available. Melrose Jewelers also guarantees that every one of our watches have genuine Rolex core component parts, including the 100+ parts of the Rolex movement, case, and case back along with model# and serial#.
